My Dream Nokia #29 comes from Conny Larsson who said, “ I think Nokia needs something radical in their portfolio and in one of those moments I thought up this. ”

Presenting, the Nokia HG-1

It is a pretty ‘out-there’. On profile it has the shape of an hour glass, thicker at the top and bottom with a slim, see through glass screen in the middle. This glass becomes either semi transparent or completely opaque. It has pressure sensitive sidebars to replace normal navigation buttons and three microUSB ports.

What I love about it is that it has Maemo 5′s hildon desktop (or you have the Android option).

It’s not something that I could see becoming popular mainstream , it’s slightly impractical to pocket(doesn’t really matter, it’s Conny’s Dream Nokia). But I can see it suited on a desk or a shelf. It looks like the design of an award. Now if the bulk could clip off and have that semi transparent to opaque screen then it might fly. Consider though how slim the middle portion is though. Given the thickness of the mini-HDMI, the ends could be no more than 10mm, even 8mm, putting the middle at about 3-4mm.

2 Nokia LumiaTab – Windows 8 Nokia Lumia Tablet

It’s no surprise that Nokia are working on a tablet. They’ve boldly said they aren’t just going to come with any old tablet that just turns into the next best unmemorable tablet on the shelf of so many duds.

This is another fan concept for My Dream Nokia #37, this time by Beytullah Kuşcu. It’s a very Nokia N9/Lumia 800 style design, nothing much needed to be done given that Nokia has already scored a home run on the appearance.

The back though is marketly different and you can see it appears in Blue, Pink and Green. I think it’s a nice different tablet design as opposed to the current generation of iPad and iPad clones. What, is the only design anyone is able to do a black rectangular bezel?

Possible specs:

• 1.2 ghz Quad Core
• 2 gb ram
• and 1600*1200 screen.
• with Windows 8 os

I’m really looking forward to a Nokia tablet. Will be happy whatever OS that thing runs though having a Windows desktop and Windows Phone it kinda makes it easier to transition into a Windows 8 tablet.

Here’s one of the more recent videos on Windows 8. It’s not a tablet, but an all in one PC hybrid (With touch screen). If you think possibly hundreds of millions of users becoming used to Metro – and in terms of phones the first Metro phone they’d think of is the Nokia Lumia phones. And tablets are useful. Nokia had tablets, they were called Internet Tablets. Before even the first iPhone.  They saw the future. iPad isn’t the first tablet, but it’s the one that showed folks that if you give users the right experience they can make use of this new form factor. My med school is giving out iPads as a trial this year and launching them next year -_- all to further strengthen iPad dominance -_- booo. The apps on there are admittedly very impressive.

0 Manually Hide any file in JPEG

Hello Friends, today i will explain you how to hide any file behind the JPEG image manually that is without any software. Its a very easy trick and also very useful if you want to send information secretly to your friend. Also its different from stenography as it does hides text behind images or text behind mp3 files. Its universal, you can hide any file, virus or Trojan or anything behind image using this trick.


Things that you will need for this trick:
1. Winrar installed on your system.
2. Little knowledge of command prompt.

Steps to Hide any File behind JPEG image Manually

1. Create an folder into C drive (recommendation is that use this C:\Hidden).


2. Now gather all files that you want to hide in this folder.


3. Now add these all files to compressed .rar file using winrar
(example myhiddenfiles.rar ).
Note: This rar file should be in the same directory (i.e. C:\Hidden)


4. Now Select the JPEG file that you want to use to hide the above content
(say myimage.jpg). Put this image file also in the same folder that is in C:\Hidden


5. Now, open Command Prompt (Go to Run and type ‘cmd‘). Make your working directory C:\hidden.
(When you open CMD you will get like C:\Documents and settings\username (something like this)
Now type cd.. and press enter and then again type cd.. and press enter. Now you have something like this in cmd C:\ . Now in front of that type cd "Hidden" and press enter. )


6. Now type: “COPY /b myimage.jpg + myhiddenfiles.rar outputimage.jpg” (without quotes) - Now, myimage.jpg is the picture you want to show, myhiddenfiles.rar is the file to be hidden, and outputimage.jpg is the file which contains both....


7. Now, after you have done this, you will see a file output.jpg in C:\hidden. Open it (double-click) and it will show the picture you wanted to show. Now try opening the same file with WinRAR, it will show the hidden archive...

0 How to Install ICS(Android 4.0 Ice Cream) on LG Optimus 3D

The latest version of Android i.e. Android 4.0 or Ice Cream Sandwich is finally available for download. Optimus 3D users can now update their mobile to the ICS using this simple tutorial which shows how you can install ICS on your LG Optimus 3D smartphone.

Before Installing the Update:

First and foremost you need to enable USB debugging on your handset by going toSettings > Applications > Development > USB debugging. Also you need to root your device in order to be able to install the ICS update. If you don’t know how to root it,read this tutorial.

Make sure you back up all your data so that in case anything goes wrong you don’t lose your vital data.

Steps for Installing ICS:

1. Download the Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 Firmware Zip to your computer via this link.

2. Now connect your phone to the PC via the USB cable.

3. Locate the zip file you had downloaded and copy it to your phone.

4. Now download the ROM manager from the Android market and install it.

5. Launch the ROM manager on your phone and select “Flash Clock Work Mod” option to flash it.

6. Tap on “Backup Current ROM” option in the ROM manager to create a backup of your current ROM so that you can revert back to the previous ROM if need arises.

7. Now select “Install ROM from SD Card” option in the ROM manager and choose the zip file you had copied to your phone (IceCREAMSandwich4.0_for_LGOptimus3D_KingROM).

8. The process of firmware update will commence and will be completed in a few minutes, after which the device will restart on its own.

Voila! You can now enjoy using Ice Cream Sandwich OS on your LG Optimus 3D smartphone!

1 Nokia Lumia 800 'set to trail iPhone 4S'

The Nokia Lumia 800 is likely to sell between 500,000 and 1m units before Christmas, say analysts

Nokia's Lumia 800 handset, billed as the Finnish manufacturer's make-or-break return to the smartphone race, is set to sell fewer units by Christmas than Apple took in pre-orders in a single day for its latest iPhone.

First estimates suggest the Lumia, which went on sale last Wednesday in the UK and five other European countries, will shift between 500,000 and 1m units by Christmas. The iPhone 4S topped 1m pre-orders in a single day.

The number is also far lower than estimates for the company's previous flagship smartphone, the N8, which launched in October 2010 and is thought to have sold between 3.5 and 4m units in its first quarter, according to research firm Inderes.

Early indications that the Lumia is not a comeback product to topple the dominance of Apple and Google's best-selling Android operating system saw Nokia's shares close down 8.8% at €4.19 (£3.61) on the Helsinki bourse.

The N8's Symbian operating system was ditched by Nokia's chief executive Stephen Elop in February, as he bet the company's future on adopting Microsoft's mobile software.

Pacific Crest, the US technology investment bank, suggested on Tuesday that Nokia's future is not yet secure. "We believe that shipments of Nokia's new Windsows Phone 7 have been lower than we had previously anticipated," said Pacific Crest analyst James Faucette.

"We had expected that the company could ship as many as 2m units into the six targeted markets for the holidays; however, we now believe that those shipments are likely to be less than 1m for the quarter."

Faucette said checks with retailers indicated "disappointing" sales so far and that the total number of phones sold to customers, as opposed to shipped to retailers, could total no more than 500,000 by the end of December.

Lee Simpson at Jefferies bank is suggesting a 1m estimate based on orders from component-makers and the Lumia's Taiwan manufacturer, Compal. Simpson said: "My impression is the first weekend wasn't terrific but it wasn't an outright disaster. The pre-ordering was a good bit lower than 500,000; my estimate by Christmas is that 1m sales would be achievable. It's too early to write this off right now, although the temptation is there."

The Lumia is only on sale in six markets, while the N8 was available across Europe and in selected Asian markets during its first months. The Lumia will be rolled out to Hong Kong, India, Russia, Singapore and Taiwan before the end of the year, but will not reach further markets, such as the US and China, until 2012.

Since presently, it is available only for Facebook Developers, Napsterzing have brought a trick which can get yourFacebook Timeline activated in no time. Here’s the procedure.

1. Go to Facebook’s developer’s page. cick here to go

2. Click the “Apps” button on the blue bar( and if asked give the “Developer” app permission to access your information).

3. When you are redirected to another page Just Click on “Create New App”.

4. Enter an “App Display Name” and an “App Namespace”. This is as per your wish because no one is going to see that .

5. Check mark the “Platform Privacy Policy” box to agree to it and then Click “Continue”.

6. Ignore all the content of the page you are directed to and Just Click the “Open Graph” button on the left side.

7. You should arrive at a page which suggests that you get started with Open Graph.

8. Write in some kind of action(example “Read”) and object(example “Article”) and(choice of action and object is as per your wish, but don’t leave it Blank) Click “Get Started”.
You will encounter about 2 to 3 pages more, just click on Continue or Ok or Save or whatever similar options you get.

9. Just wait for some time(In my case, it took 3 minutes) and you are DONE.

10. Now go to your Facebook Homepage(facebook.com/home) you should see a message offering you the chance to enable your Timeline.

11. Enable it and Enjoy.
